At LuxDetails, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 12 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any issues.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be issued if we fail to deliver the services as described in our service packages or as agreed upon during booking.

Refunds may be considered if there is documented evidence of damage caused directly by our detailing process, and this damage was reported within 12 hours of service completion.

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from pre-existing conditions or damage to the vehicle that occurred prior to our service.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to normal wear and tear of the vehicle.

Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions after the detail has been completed.

Refund Process:

Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact us within 12 hours of your appointment via phone or email, providing your name, appointment details, and a clear explanation of your concerns.

Assessment: We will assess your request and may require photographic evidence or a physical inspection of the vehicle to determine the validity of your claim.

Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be offered to address specific concerns.

Service Redo: In some instances, we may offer to redo the service instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

If you cancel your appointment with more than 12 hours' notice, you may reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund if you paid in advance.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 6 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply.

If we must cancel due to weather or equipment malfunction, we will reschedule, or if that is not possible, we will offer a full refund.
