2. Services Provided
LuxDetails provides mobile auto detailing services in Calgary, Chestermere, and Airdrie, Alberta, Canada. The specific services provided will be as agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance.

We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, but availability is not guaranteed.

You must provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and vehicle details.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or equipment malfunction. We will provide as much notice as possible.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon booking.

We accept credit card, debit card, apple pay.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honour the price quoted at the time of booking.

A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours' notice.

Failure of show on our part will result in a reschedule or refund

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide a safe and accessible location for us to perform the detailing service.

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before our arrival.

We are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

You must inform us of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle before we begin the service.

You must ensure that your vehicle is legally parked and accessible at the agreed-upon location.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.

We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the detailing service.

We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions after the service is complete.

7. Warranty and Satisfaction

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know upon completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse, or external factors.
